As If I Always Knew: A Piano Meditation is an immersive live piano meditation by acclaimed Cork composer Cian Sweeney, coming to An Táin Arts Centre on Saturday 23^rd May. Performances will be held at 3pm, 5pm, and 7:30pm. Audience members are invited and encouraged to bring a yoga mat and lie down around the piano while unfolding piano music fills the room (seating is also available).

Blending breathwork and semi-improvised piano, the performance creates a quiet and contemplative space for deep listening, rest and stillness.
Places are limited to allow space for yoga mats and to preserve the intimate atmosphere of the experience. Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat.
