DUNDALK, IRELAND – April 10, 2025 – Dundalk Stadium will host its final dual racing fixture of the current season this Friday, April 11th, before taking a break until its highly anticipated Summer Meeting on Saturday, July 12th.
This Friday marks the end of an impressive run of 39 consecutive weekly fixtures (excluding the festive period). The management of Dundalk Stadium extends its sincere gratitude to the dedicated team and all behind-the-scenes staff for their phenomenal effort throughout this busy period. A well-deserved break is now on the horizon.

We’re now looking forward to a short break to recharge and focus on making our Summer Meeting on July 12th the best one yet!”
While the horse racing season takes a temporary pause, Dundalk Stadium remains a vibrant destination for racing enthusiasts. Greyhound racing continues every Friday and Saturday night throughout the summer. The “Spring into Summer” offer kicks off on April 18th, providing an excellent opportunity to enjoy an evening out. Customers can dine in the panoramic View Restaurant for just €29 per person, which includes admission, a race program, reserved seating, table service from the bar and tote, and a main course.
In recognition of the tireless work of stable staff throughout the winter months, Dundalk Stadium is pleased to provide complimentary meal vouchers in the stable yard canteen this Friday as a token of their appreciation.
Looking ahead, Saturday, July 12th is set to be the biggest day of the year at Dundalk Stadium. With the Northern Ireland bank holiday falling on a Saturday this year, record crowds are expected. The upcoming break will be crucial for the team to focus on preparations to ensure this Summer Meeting is the best event yet.
